Partnership and client communication
Cyanic Consulting works with MSPs on clearly scoped Microsoft 365 projects, overflow technical work, and documented technical handoffs. Communication arrangements are agreed upon before each engagement.
Direct communication with an MSP's client, white-label delivery, confidentiality requirements, and project responsibilities can be defined in the engagement agreement. Cyanic Consulting will not represent itself as an MSP partner's employee or make commitments on the partner's behalf without authorization.
Any client-contact restrictions or white-label arrangements must be explicitly agreed upon before work begins.
